A man was punched while delivering fast food to a house in Wellingborough.

The incident took place between 10.50pm and 11.30pm on Friday, July 24, when a man delivering fast food was approached by three males in Kiln Way, who asked him for the food.

A spokesman for Northants Police said: "The man refused and continued to walk to the address he was delivering to, when one of the group punched him in the face, causing an injury to his right eye, before running off.

"The three males were aged between 16 and 25 years, and one was described as being very tall.

"They were all wearing black clothing including hoodies, and all had black face masks on."

Anyone with information or who may have witnessed the assault is asked to call Northamptonshire Police on 101 quoting reference number 20000381396.
